CANCELLATION, REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch or within one hour of placing the order, whichever is earlier. Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Glowmance follows a strict no return policy once the product has been delivered and accepted by the customer. No refunds or exchanges will be provided after delivery, including dissatisfaction or personal preference.
If an order is not delivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or non-serviceable location, it may be returned to us. In such cases, refunds may be processed after deducting applicable shipping charges.
