Cancellation Policy – How It Works

Customers have the option to cancel their order either before it is dispatched or within 1 hour of placing the order, whichever occurs earlier. Once this time frame has passed or the order has been processed, cancellation requests will not be accepted. Partial cancellations or cancellation of individual items from an order are not permitted.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact us at help@glowmance.in. For prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed time window, a full refund will be initiated. The refund process generally takes 24–48 business hours after approval.

Please note that Glowmance does not allow order cancellations after delivery due to hygiene and safety reasons. Glowmance also reserves the right to refuse transactions or delay refunds in cases involving repeated cancellations or suspicious activity.


Return & Refund Policy

Glowmance follows a strict no return policy once the product has been delivered and accepted by the customer. Products cannot be returned, especially if they are opened, used, or unsealed.

Refunds are only applicable under limited conditions such as:

  • If the customer is unable to receive the order
  • If the delivery location is not serviceable

In such cases, once the issue is verified, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.


Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, you must report the issue within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery. After proper verification by our team, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Supporting proof such as clear images or an unboxing video is highly recommended for faster resolution.


Wrong or Incomplete Orders

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or resolve the issue promptly. An unboxing video is recommended to support your claim.


Product Effectiveness

If you feel that any Glowmance product is not effective, you may contact us within 7 days of consistent usage. Our team will review your concern and may provide guidance. In genuine cases, we may offer a coupon equivalent to the product value for future use. No monetary refunds will be provided in such cases.


Adverse Reactions

Glowmance products are created with care; however, individual skin types may react differently. Customers are strongly advised to perform a patch test before full application. In case of irritation or adverse reactions, discontinue use immediately and contact our support team. Glowmance will not be responsible for reactions caused due to individual sensitivities or improper usage.
